What is your cancellation policy?
Once purchased, tickets are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled, as they guarantee your spot on the tour.
Do I have to purchase tickets in advance? Can I pay cash?
Tickets must be purchased in advance, and tours often sell out quickly. Tickets can only be purchased with a Visa or MasterCard. Cash is not accepted.
What if I don't have a Visa or MasterCard?
Please e-mail us at info@savorthetreasures.com with your preferred method of payment. We will try to accommodate your needs.
Are there special rates for seniors or children?
Currently we do not have discounted tickets.
Can children come on the tour?
Children are welcome. We love kids! If they will be eating on the tour, it will be necessary to purchase a ticket for them. This tour involves about 2.5 hours of walking and may not be suitable for all ages.
How much food is served on the tour?
There are several stops for the tasting on the tour. For most people, there is enough food so that lunch afterwards is not necessary.
What if I have dietary restrictions?
Please let us know if you or anyone in your party has a dietary restriction when you purchase your tickets. We will try to accommodate your special food needs. It will not be possible to arrange specialized tasting without advance notice.
Are there vegetarian options on the tour?
There are several tasting stops that include plenty of vegetarian options. Please let us know of your special food needs when you purchase your tickets.
Each guest is provided with one bottle of water during the tour.
Can I take pictures or video on the tour?
Yes! We encourage pictures but please ask the restaurant before videotaping.
Can we shop on the tour?
We will point out gift and specialty shops that you may wish to visit after the tour. We stick to a pretty tight schedule so that we may incorporate all the great sights and food tasting offered during the tour.
Can pets come on the tour?
Pets are not allowed on the tour with exception of guide dogs.

What if it is raining on the day of our tour?
Rain? In L.A we have an average of 354 days of sunshine! Tours take place rain or shine. On the very few days of torrential rain, we will reschedule.
Are restrooms available during the tour?
Yes, there are a number of restrooms available during this tour.
Is the tour wheelchair accessible?
All the establishments are wheelchair accessible.
Is parking available?
Yes, although street parking is limited to one-hour meters on Saturdays.
Sundays, parking is unrestricted.
Many restaurants have parking in the rear.
